![]() ![]() Everything else is an improvement though, and the original version has very insufficient gardening plots and worst of all the lower staircase is funky and you get stuck on it and have to wiggle through, so it's Elianora's version, but I have to keep the trophy room door closed and pretend that section of the house doesn't exist. I wish there was a way to merge the original TNF Breezhome with the Elianora version to keep most of her improvements except for the godawful static clutter containers she stuck in the trophy room. But you pick the one who sounds like a dying donkey? Fuck you. So you copy-pasta'ed a Hearthfire bard, ok fine. #Jaxons renamer mod#Oh, and the worst sin of all, and the thing that made me feel like the mod author was trolling people, was the bard you hire for the pub that sits off the mine for the workers is a copy-pasta of the worst of the three Hearthfire bards. Not all that surprising that people made a mod sound way better than it actually is, though. I haven't actually tried it, I just thought it sounded neat. Just walking around indoors requires the patience of Job or no-clip via the console.Īh. ![]() So you can imagine how well that works out.Īlso the indoor buildings have those narrow stairs and the many, many npcs love to block them. ![]() So it's huge, inconvenient, and your system is dealing with 20 npcs who serve no purpose but suck up memory.Īlso it's RIGHT next to Ustengrav so every time the necromancer respawns with his 4 zombie bandits they raid the facility, and the guards are few and spread out and all the other useless npcs are level 1. Too many npcs who don't especially do anyting and have little or no interaction with one another or the player, the mine is extensively large for no particular reason other than "wow, big!" because the ore nodes are infinite, so having 10 of each ore node doesn't do anything, and the worst sin of all was having the alchemy lab in one building with almost no storage, the arcane enchanter in a separate building, and the various smithing facilities outside and also in the mine (again, totally separate building). Honestly I found the mega-mine town to be all flash no substance. Now, there's stuff like that mod that lets you build up a mine and town, though. When Hearthfire came out, there weren't any better house building mods. ![]()
